The journey with this property began with 55 Poath Road: the gentleman who lived next door was looking to downsize his property.  Having had a great relationship with Peter and Theresa throughout the development of 55 Poath Road, he swapped his property at 57 Poath Road for the final townhouse next door. This allowed him to remain in the Murrumbeena community and preserve his memories and 50-year relationship with the area, without being displaced.
